What is Weave?+
Weave is referral partner software for home service companies. It signs up the trades and property managers who send you jobs, tracks every referral to the paid job, pays partners by bank deposit or card, and keeps a warranty reserve for each partner.
How do I pay my referral partners?+
Set a reward for each partner: a flat amount or a share of the job, earned when a referral is accepted, sold, completed or paid. When it's earned, Weave pays it automatically or puts it in your approval queue, as you choose. Rewards go to the partner company, and to its people if the company chooses, by bank deposit or card.
What is a warranty reserve?+
A piggy bank for each partner, funded from their signed referrals. For example, a restoration company sets aside $500 for every job a plumber sends that signs. If that plumber ever damages a customer's home, the restoration company covers the repair from the plumber's reserve first.
Can I reward the tech who found the job, not just their company?+
Yes, with their company's consent. The partner company sets how each reward is split between the business, the person who sent it and their manager, and Weave pays each share.
How do partners send referrals?+
From the Weave app: the customer's name and number, the address, what happened and a few photos. They follow every step and see their reward when the job pays.
Do partners need a W-9?+
Yes, once, before their first payout. Weave keeps the year-end 1099 data for each person it pays.
